The Montana National Guard Association is a 500 member strong organization made up of active and retired Army and Air National Guard members. MTNGA was formed in 1954 to promote the welfare of National Guard personnel. Today, we continue to deliver what we promised from the beginning – representation of our citizen soldiers and airmen to maintain the Guard as an effective national defense element and state emergency asset.
When you join the MTNGA you add your voice to thousands of others who understand the role of the National Guard in our state and the nation’s security and want to enhance its capabilities to perform that vital mission at home and overseas.
With your membership, MTNGA is better able to make the case in Congress for a strong, well-equipped and well-trained National Guard in 56 counties around the state. Joining MTNGA means ensuring Montana’s defense.
